ABS614L Large Flange Rivets 3/16″ x 7/8″ are made in USA utilizing premium aircraft grade Aluminum to form the rivet body. These ABS614L Large Flange Rivets 3/16″ x 7/8″ are assembled with a mating high alloy STEEL nail to complete these open-end blind rivets. Also called Big head rivets they boast about a 5/8″ diameter head for extra surface contact when fastening large components such as aluminum, steel or composite sheets.
Recommended application conditions for these ABS614L Large Flange Rivets 3/16″ x 7/8″ can be critical to assure the optimum performance of this fastener. The application hole size should be 0.192 inches minimum to 0.196 inches maximum. To achieve this size hole a #11 drill size is required. The application grip range should be between 1/2″ to 7/8″.
